Three families, not dozens of brands
Most Israeli RFPs come down to three families:
- Payroll / ERP module (e.g. Priority) — strong on pay and compliance, weak as an employee file, portal and reviews managers actually use.
- Global HRIS (HiBob, SuccessFactors, Workday) — strong brand and People modules. Weak when you need full Hebrew, RTL, local payroll and an Israeli process without an expensive integration program.
- Local HR platform (like B2E) — built around the employee file, permissions and payroll. Less of a global app store, faster Hebrew go-live.
The article comparing HR systems in Israel goes deeper. This page is the RFP decision page.
Axes to test in a demo
| Axis | Ask in the demo | How B2E approaches it |
|---|---|---|
| Hebrew and RTL | A manager screen, review form and report — not a marketing page | Full Hebrew UI, English when needed |
| Payroll / ERP | Live sync of role, unit and manager — not a one-off export | Payroll stays the pay engine; the file connects to it |
| Permissions | A direct manager sees only their people, on the fields you defined | Two-dimensional model: populations × fields |
| Employee file | Document, process and history on the same card | The employee record is the source of truth |
| Implementation | A timeline in weeks, an owner, and what ships in cycle one | See HR implementation |
| Cloud and security | Where data lives, SSO, backup | Microsoft Azure, SSO / AD, ISO 27001 practices |
| Add-on modules | Reviews, portal, surveys — same permissions or a separate system | Same platform, no rip-and-replace |
When B2E fits — and when it does not
A fit for an Israeli organization that needs an operational employee file, Hebrew, payroll connectivity and personal implementation — without a SuccessFactors program. Also a fit when you want to start with one module and expand.
Not a fit if you are already locked into a global HCM suite, or if the only need is payroll calculation. We do not replace payroll.
