General

During use of the Website, information about users is collected. The Website uses automated tools to collect general information about users and their usage of the Website, for the purpose of characterizing user behavior and improving user experience. This information does not personally identify users and is not stored together with user details, for example: the user's Internet Service Provider, the user's IP address, times and methods of Website usage, and more.

Furthermore, some of the information collected about users during their use of the Website does personally identify them, through information that is provided and/or transferred via the Website by users knowingly (hereinafter: "Personal Information"). It is clarified that the Website does not collect personally identifiable information about users unless such information is provided at the user's initiative, when applying for a position on the Website, registering for a service, completing an online form, contacting us, and the like.

Service Registration

Some of the Website's services require registration, which includes providing personal information, for example: contact details, username and password, home address, email address, IP address and more.

If the user registers for any of the services offered on the Website and/or contacts us through the Website, THT may collect additional personal details, for example: information included in the user's resume, information regarding the user's employment and educational background, and other personal data as detailed in resumes and/or certificates and/or other documents submitted by users to THT during their use of the Website.

It is clarified that without providing the data required in the mandatory fields on the Website, where applicable, the user will not be able to register for services on the Website that require registration. It is further clarified that users are not required by law to provide information to THT, and the transfer of information to THT is done at the user's sole responsibility, of their own free will and with their full consent.

To the extent that personal details are required during registration for services on the Website and/or should the user be asked to provide additional data, only the information necessary for providing the service will be required, and in any case the user hereby confirms that the transfer of such data is done of their own free will and with their full consent.

Information Database

THT maintains registered information databases in accordance with applicable law, in which the details provided and/or collected about Website users are stored, and which are intended, among other things, for the operation and management of the Website and the services offered therein.

The data collected shall be stored in THT's information database and under its responsibility.

The use of collected information shall be made solely in accordance with applicable law and these Terms of Use, for the purposes detailed below:

• Enabling users to use the various services offered by THT;
• Sending and mailing of marketing and/or advertising content, updates and transmitting information regarding job positions and contacting job candidates, employees and employers;
• Providing solutions in the human resources domain;
• Improving, controlling, modifying, developing, promoting and enriching the services and content offered on the Website;
• Creating and managing online accounts;
• In the event of legal proceedings against THT that require disclosure of personal details;
• For any other purpose, as detailed in these Terms of Use and/or of the other services offered by THT;

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

THT will not transfer to third parties the personal details and information collected about Website users, insofar as such details can personally identify them, except in the following cases:

• Where explicit consent of the users is requested or upon registration for a specific service that may require it;
• In cases where the user's access to the Website and/or engagement with THT was actually made through the website of another operator and/or through external entities operating certain services and/or applications within the Website;
• In cases where the company receives a court order or a demand from a competent authority, directing the disclosure of a user's personal details and/or information about them to a third party;
• In cases of a dispute, claim, lawsuit, demand or legal proceedings between the user and THT and/or any other third party in connection with the user's use of the Website and/or the website or system of another operator;
• In cases where THT operates the Website through another entity and/or merges with another entity and/or merges the Website's operations or part thereof with a third party's operations, THT shall be entitled to transfer to that entity a copy of the information collected about Website users and/or any statistical information in its possession, provided that such entity adopts this privacy policy toward the users;
• For the purpose of conducting statistical analyses, for marketing and operational purposes, as well as for monitoring, supervision, improvement, expansion and enrichment of services provided on the Website. Such information shall not include details that allow personal identification of the user;
• At the explicit request of the user.

Cookies and/or Information Collected by Automated Means

THT declares that during visits to and/or use of the Website, certain details and/or data may be collected by automated means, such as Cookies, analytics services of third parties such as Google Analytics and others, for the purpose of regular and proper operation of the Website, as well as for collecting statistical data regarding Website usage, verifying user details, adapting the Website to users' personal preferences, for information security purposes and for additional purposes as may be required.

Cookie files may contain various information, such as: details of the user's operating system, language preferences, pages visited, duration of stay on the Website, information about actions performed on the Website, how the user arrived at the Website, visit dates and times, statistical data regarding Website usage and more. Additionally, Cookie files are used to identify the user on the Website without requiring re-entry of their details upon each visit.

If the user objects to the use of Cookies, they may avoid this by changing the browser settings through which they access the Website.

In addition, third parties operating widgets and/or plugins within the Website may directly use Cookie files to collect information, and accordingly this is subject to the privacy policies of those operators, and THT bears no responsibility for the privacy policies of such operators.

Information Security

THT employs various types of information security measures to protect the personal information of Website users to the greatest extent possible. However, it is emphasized that despite THT's efforts, this is not entirely within its control and these measures cannot provide absolute security. Therefore, THT does not guarantee that the services it offers will be completely immune from unauthorized access to information. Nevertheless, THT will periodically review the Website's information security measures and will make changes and upgrades as required, in order to maintain an adequate level of information security on the Website.

Right to Access Information

Under the Privacy Protection Act, 5741-1981, every person is entitled to review information about them held in an information database. A person who has reviewed their information and found it to be inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated may contact the database owner with a request to correct or delete the information. Additionally, if the information in the company's databases is used for personal outreach, that person is entitled to demand in writing that the information pertaining to them be deleted from the information database.

Privacy Policy Updates

The Website's privacy policy may change from time to time. THT will notify Website users of significant changes to the privacy policy by posting an appropriate notice.
